SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.penfurnex.com.my (also referred to as “the ePenfurnex”).

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Upon completion of processing, shipment and delivery will require 7 to a maximum of 14 working days unless stated otherwise. Please note that for certain items, a longer shipment and delivery time will be required, which will be specified by the seller in the product description/invoice. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing an unusual high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, in such event it shall constitute a force majeure event which shall exempt ePenfurnex from any liabilities. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, a representative from the seller will contact you via email or telephone. ePenfurnex shall not be liable for any delays in delivery or performance howsoever caused.

If seller has failed to deliver the goods in accordance with the Contract or within a reasonable time, the Buyer shall notify ePenfurnex via complaint channel/mechanism provided on the ePenfurnex platform.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipping and delivery charges will be specified for each product by the seller. The total charges for each order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Therefore, payment to be made for each order is inclusive of shipping and delivery charges.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping and delivery confirmation notification (by email and/ or other means applicable) once your order has been shipped, containing the relevant details, including tracking number(s), depending on the logistic method/ services used.

DAMAGES

The ePenfurnex is not liable for any products damaged of lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the seller for resolution. Alternatively, you may refer to the Return & Refund Policy for further information. Please save all packaging materials, relevant documents and damaged goods before filing a claim via complaint channel/mechanism provided on the ePenfurnex platform.

In the event the Buyer elects to take the complaint to the transporter and/or logistic company and/or Insurance company for resolution, the Buyer shall be deemed to have waived Buyer’s right against the Seller and ePenfurnex absolutely.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY AREA COVERAGE

In general, all orders can be shipped only to addresses within West Malaysia; unless otherwise specified by the seller. Our sellers currently do not ship to East Malaysia or outside Malaysia.

Delivery of the goods shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer in its order(s).
